A general repair is for everything else that isn’t classified as an urgent repair.
These requests are generally responded to within 14- 21 days. (e.g. problems such as a broken soap holder or a loose shower rail)

Please remember: Maintenance is the landlords responsibility unless you or your visitor causes damage to the property, then the tenant is responsible to organise the repair and pay for the repair.
